Return Eligibility

Damaged or Defective Products

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at themotivexia@gmail.com with photos of the issue. We will review the case and provide a replacement, refund, or store credit as appropriate.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval status of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Depending on your bank or payment provider, additional time may be required for the refund to appear in your account.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped items, subject to product availability.

Non-Returnable Items

Return Shipping Costs
